The last three times I have ordered from you for selection and value and quality of vendors. And I am new to the neighborhood. The last three orders I have placed online having ordered off your site directly. All three times not only was my order not prepared for me before I got there they didn’t have what I saw online and had ordered. So, the site isn’t current? I cannot purchase the strains I see you advertise and promote? So I was forced to make different choices??? Why does this keep happening, especially if I am placing my order prior?? It is very upsetting to think you are getting something you can’t and won’t…..why has this happened multiple times to me here?? It defeats the whole purpose in preordering, doesn’t it?? So it seems.

Great presentations and great store. The bud tenders are what makes it amazingly easy and fun. I would recommend you get your medical card to save a little extra $ for your purchase.

I usually give praise and send everyone to the flower shop but when I went today and was told I couldn’t use my points worth 20$ off to purchase my order (which would have brought it to 8+ tax) I got totally bummed out because every other dispensary I go to allows you to use your points to get the money off no matter the cost. I ended up not even purchasing from there today. Long story short don’t even waste time on the points unless you want to save 5$ because if you save them you still have to spend a certain amount to use them. Basically nothing really off.

I could not believe the top shelf quality/ budget friendly price of their deli style flower. They're in-house brand of deli style flower was amazing and I think I only paid $3/gram. All 4 strains I purchased were above 25% thc, super sticky, aromatic and incredibly enjoyable to smoke.

Made a online order that I went in to pick up to find that all my concentrates were missing so I had to replace them with more expensive meds. I also purchased flower, after getting home I open the flower to find that it was ancient over one year old completely depleted of terps/taste/flavor & crisp dry hay than I feel I wasted my money on meds that I rely on. And can't afford to waste money on. The flower isn't even smokeable it's so nasty and old. I feel burnt. Update: The Flower Shop actually replaced it with they're house brand of my choice which is completely 100% fresher and I appreciate the great customer service after a very bad buy.
